About Off Grid Ninja

Off Grid Ninja is an independent US site about powering and watering a place without the grid: cabins, homesteads, sheds, RVs and backup power for regular homes.

How we work

• Math first. Our solar calculator shows every step, and every default can be changed.
• Real specs and prices. We take specs and prices from the seller's own page and note the date we checked. Prices change often, so check the seller before you buy.
• Sources named. When we use outside data, such as NASA sun data or USGS water-use figures, we link to it.
• No paid placements. No brand pays to be listed. Some book links are Amazon affiliate links; our disclosure explains that.
